Juliana

Juliana was first introduced to yoga in 2012 by a close friend in her hometown, and has found solace in the practice through every significant life transition since. With over 500 hours of training, a background in psychology, and 6 years of teaching experience, Juliana weaves together nervous system regulation, hatha yoga alignment, & sound healing that integrates the mind, body, & breath. She knows everyone steps onto the mat carrying something different, whether that's injury, grief, or one of the best days of their life, and she shapes her classes to hold space for it all.

Gaby

Gaby has practiced yoga since childhood, but didn't realize she wanted to teach yoga until she completed her first teacher training in 2014. A natural love of travel and a desire to experience different environments (and often tropical waters) have since led Gaby around the globe, where she has lived and taught yoga to students from diverse backgrounds and through various phases of life. Gaby's teaching approach pairs her genuine compassion for her students with years of applied practice. The education, knowledge, and wisdom Gaby shares stem from the myriad yoga teachers she has studied under for the past 20 years. She believes the practice will always meet you where you are, leaving no better time than now, to begin

  • Aspiring yoga teachers who want to confidently lead classes and get their first teaching position.

  • Dedicated practitioners looking to elevate their personal practice and understanding of yoga.

  • Individuals seeking a life-changing experience that connects them with a like-minded, inspiring community.

  • "Juliana is my favorite yoga teacher! She customizes each class to a specific part of the body or intention, so it’s never predictable but always enjoyable. I love that she cues poses with the Sanskrit words and discusses yoga philosophy so that the students can learn and not just go through the motions."

    Mackenzie Wessell

  • "I absolutely love Juliana’s hatha yoga classes! She’s gives great insight at the beginning & I always leave feeling recharged. I highly recommend going to any of Juliana’s offerings!
