Biweekly Online Therapeutic Yoga

Starting May 19

Join Juliana every other Tuesday at 6:00 PM PT for a supportive online therapeutic yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and deepen your understanding of yoga.

Each 60-minute session includes:

  • 10-minute group check-in

  • 50-minute movement, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation practice

Classes are tailored to the needs of the group and are appropriate for all levels. Drawing from Hatha Yoga, each session may incorporate:

  • Asana (postures)

  • Pranayama (breathwork)

  • Mudra (hand gestures)

  • Meditation

  • Yogic philosophy

Every class is centered around a specific theme or teaching from yoga philosophy, offering both practical tools and deeper insight into the tradition.

To create a more interactive and personalized experience, participants are encouraged to keep their cameras on so Juliana can offer individual feedback and support.
