After a decade of practice & years of training, Juliana created these offerings to share the benefits of yoga.

Her Story

Juliana uses her knowledge of yoga anatomy, philosophy, psychology, and nutrition to work with women holistically, connecting them back to the best version of themselves. Rather than “finding” your best self, you will uncover the layers blocking you from remembering who you already are.

Juliana started taking yoga classes in early childhood and fell in love with the practice. In 2019, her mother fell sick with severe mental health challenges, and as a result, her well-being also declined.

Her nervous system was completely unregulated as she lived in a constant state of fear. This is when she decided to go all in on yoga and dove headfirst into her 200-hour training in 2020.

She spent her training sharing her story in a community of like-minded people, meditating, and learning about the ancient wisdom of yoga. She noticed a profound shift in her physical & mental health.

She has since cultivated a deep relationship with her mother and moved to California to grow her wellness business. Shas made it her mission to share the benefits of the practice with everyone she meets through her group classes, retreats, and private sessions.

Juliana is a lifelong learner. She has over 500 hours of yoga training, with specializations in yoga therapy, sound healing, & reiki. She teaches all styles, emphasizing the meditative and philosophical elements of the practice. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Certification in Health Coaching, during which she developed a 50-page research thesis on the benefits of yoga for trauma.
